Its enviable position just a few steps from the sea makes it a very fashionable address among the notables of the Triestine area. On the tasting menu: white fish ceviche, tuna tataki, wasabi and wakame seaweed, smoked octopus, potato and sweet paprika, sea urchin ravioli, lemongrass, cuttlefish and spinach, monkfish with lime, white cabbage and kale, and for dessert a pistachio mousse.

wir haben hier ein wirklich grandioses mehrgängiges Menü gegessen, dazu eine wunderbare Weinbegleitung gehabt. Das Wirtsehepaar, der abendlich Chef der Cusine und auch die Kellner engagiert und zugewandt. Handwerklich und auch von den Zutaten eines der besten Lokale in denen ich je gegessen habe. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden Triestbesucher. Ich fürchte, dass vorbestellt werden muss.

Eine exquisite Adresse. Tolle Qualität, unaufdringlicher Service, faire Preise. Fischgerichte mit eigener Handschrift, aber nicht effekthascherisch überoriginell, lockere Eleganz ohne überkandidelt rüberzukommen, angenehme Zuvorkommenheit. Etwas unauffällig gelegen, ist aber die Suche auf jeden Fall wert.
