Born in 1966, this historic Trieste establishment is certainly one of the best fish restaurants in the city. It offers refined seafood cuisine, prepared with quality local ingredients. The proposals are bold and masterful, the colorful and elegantly laid out plates are real little paintings. The wine list honors the producers and the best vintages of the region.
