The Hotel James Joyce is a comfortable base right in the center of Trieste, in an area with many small restaurants and family-run hotels. Built in 1770, it was renovated at the beginning of the 21st century, with just 12 comfortable rooms (it's best to book well in advance). But for latecomers, the owners have recently opened the Hotel Urban, just next door, which boasts a different, more contemporary style (4 stars) and more rooms. On-site, free wifi and friendly staff. Parking nearby.

Toprezetionistin. Sehr nette, sehr saubere Zimmer
Abbiamo riposato senza problemi perché la stanza non affacciava sulla strada. Purtroppo il riscaldamento era impostato a 27-29 gradi e nonostante avessimo tentato di spegnere si è riattivato da solo (probabilmente temporizzato).
In ogni caso il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e ci hanno anche messo a disposizione degli ombrelli dell'hotel vista la giornata piovosa.
Infine la colazione era buona e prevedeva bevande e cibi anche per persone vegane o con intolleranze.
Torneremo sicuramente!
