DUOMO E BATTISTERO
Cathedral preserving the tomb of the saints Ermacora and Fortunato.
Consecrated in 1335, the cathedral is dedicated to Saint Mary. Remodeled several times, it still has two portals from the 14th century, the Coronation portal and the Redemption portal. In the baroque interior, the side chapels are worth a visit, especially the one of the Blessed Sacrament, decorated with several compositions by Tiepolo. Particularly interesting is the Baptistery, which rises on the north side of the Duomo; here is preserved the tomb of Saints Ermacora and Fortunato, one of the most illustrious examples of 14th century regional sculpture.
