Cathedral in Romanesque-Gothic style with several Renaissance works
Built in 1284, the cathedral of Spilimbergo is an imposing building in Romanesque-Gothic style. Inside, the frescoes of the central apse, from the 14th century, tell the episodes of the Old and New Testament. In the nave, the sixteenth-century organ features panels painted by Pordenone. The crypt and some chapels have several Renaissance works. Note, on the left side of the church, the beautiful portal sculpted in 1376 by Zenone da Campione.
