The Silvergloeckel, a silver bell, is located in a 16th century house and offers simple but quality dishes. Born into a family of bakers, butchers and restaurateurs, Philippe Recher has been immersed in the respect of the product and the taste. Among the must-try dishes of the house are recipes of yesteryear that are a bit lost and many offal. Although one might be reluctant to try them, you must, because this chef has the gift of making you love them!

If you're in search of an authentic Franco-German (a new word) tavern tucked away from the usual spots, you've hit the jackpot! We might have been the only non-regular patrons, but who cares? The food was delicious, the atmosphere oozed authenticity, and though the red wine was unnecessarily cold, it tasted goooood. no complaints!

Un accueil fort sympathique, une belle salle a l’ambiance authentique, des plats savoureux et généreux. Beaucoup de produits sont faits maison comme le saumon fumé ou le presskopf.

Ambiance cocooning à l'alsacienne ! Le Kacheloffe en hiver....et on s'y sentirait chez soi ..
