Jean-Yves took over the store a year ago (after rolling his boss at Coutances, Cherbourg and Bayeux) and actively dedicated himself to presenting the fruits of local know-how. His face is not unknown to you? Of course, he is the former Restaurant of La Pin d’Argent. The timing of cooking, the overheating buds, the impatient customer demand, prompted him to turn the page. Now he spends his job of relaxing time to find this and there are stellar coastal products known by mouth. Here, large and small are at the party. Orge of barley, jellies bay jellies, Mous-sur-Mer soft caramel, bouche-sur-Mer, and a thousand dry cakes are de pêchés of delicacies from the delicacies of delicacies in Caen fashion, terrine of farmer’s bay, as well as rillettes of moutardées mackerel, as well as crystallized of moutardées mackerel, with crystallized jelly cider. Next to the consumables, you can also find the Tee t-shirts (Norman humour 10!) and a plethora of novels with enchanting titles, such as "Lethal Blackmail in Avranches".
