Street with majestic Renaissance facades in Trento.
This street is named after the revolutionary Rodolfo Belenzani, head of the Trentino Republic, who tried unsuccessfully to overthrow the ecclesiastical power at the beginning of the 15th century. There are majestic Renaissance facades. Palazzo Thun, built in the 16th century, was renovated in the 19th century. Residence of one of the most influential families of Trent, the Thun family, it now houses the town hall. Palazzo Geremia dates from the 15th century. Its frescoes bear witness to the history of the city and depict the most important events since the Roman period.
