When you come to the Italian Tyrol, you have to know how to balance between würstel, pizzas, speck and mozzarella! Here you can try the local beef carpaccio with arugula and trentingrana. But for a very reasonable price, you can try the "Piatto del boscaiolo" with polenta, sauerkraut, pork shank, canederli, sausages... for big appetites.
