Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre a disposizione.
L'ambiente nel complesso forse avrebbe bisogno di qualche rinnovo ma per un 4stelle è anche troppo.
Spa con piscina, idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco. Massaggi su richiesta.
La posizione è perfetta, l'hotel si affaccia sul parco asburgico che ogni inverno ospita i mercatini di Natale. Per noi è gia il secondo anno in questa struttura e ci torneremo indubbiamente.
