An organic hotel and restaurant located in a spa
An organic hotel and restaurant in a spa! The idea came from the Vettorazzi family, who took over the old Villa Bertolini hotel in 1994 and chose to rehabilitate it into an ecological hotel. Inaugurated in 2006, the establishment responded to a coherent avant-garde choice that continues even in the plates. The traditional cuisine of Trento, made from organically grown products, is healthy and hearty. Slow food locavore as we have always known how to do it in this mountain region.

Hotel tranquillo, con un ottima vista sul lago, pulito e accogliente. Garage per le moto molto apprezzato. La camera carina, pulita e funzionale. Ristorante curato con ampia scelta e qualitativamente molto buono. Personale cordialissimo e disponibile ad ogni esigenza.

Heel vreemd dat bij de receptie uitsluitend Italiaans wordt gesproken. Diner start om half 8 en eindigt om half 9. Kom je later, dan wordt je dringend verzocht snel aan te schuiven en wordt het eten in een razend tempo geserveerd. Helaas is rustig dineren hier niet mogelijk. Jammer!

Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Essen am Abend sehr tolle Küche. Aufmerksames Personal. Zimmer zur Seite mit nicht so tollem Blick.
- De airco werkt niet of wordt simpelweg niet aangezet door de receptie;
- Je servet moet je na gebruik in een enveloppe stoppen voor de volgende avond (te bizar voor woorden);
- Wifi/internet werkte niet;
- Je krijgt 1 rolletje wc papier en daarna alleen op verzoek;
- Het eten is matig, maar ansich prima;
- Zelfs de parkeergelegenheid is niet Elite
Op 10 min lopen van publiek of prive strand. Levico is een leuk plaatsje.
