An organic hotel and restaurant in a spa! The idea came from the Vettorazzi family, who took over the old Villa Bertolini hotel in 1994 and chose to rehabilitate it into an ecological hotel. Inaugurated in 2006, the establishment responded to a coherent avant-garde choice that continues even in the plates. The traditional cuisine of Trento, made from organically grown products, is healthy and hearty. Slow food locavore as we have always known how to do it in this mountain region.

Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus und in einer Seitenstraße. Man kann das eigene Fahrrad/Motorrad kostenlos unterstellen (Kellerraum, bzw. Garage). Kostenloses WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl zu bieten. Sogar ein Entsafter für frisches Obst und Gemüse steht bereit! Das Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und völlig ausreichend. Immer sehr lecker!
Mir war nur das Bett etwas zu hart...
aber, das ist Ansichtssache ;-)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
