An excellent address in the pedestrian center, offering South Tyrolean cuisine with a blend of Italian and Austrian influences. So typical that the waiters are dressed in traditional costume. Good pasta and meat dishes; try the Alpine roast beef with Lagrein wine sauce, for example. Try knödels, the famous bread dumplings similar to quenelles, schlutzkrapfen, game meat ravioli, and smoked meat with local sauerkraut. Finally, strudel is the local pastry par excellence.

Süsse kleine Tische direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Rundum die Uhr warme Küche. Essen war lecker.

Gulasch strepitoso, buona anche la cotoletta. Stanza sotterranea suggestiva, ma una plauso particolare agli addetti al servizio dell'interrato, professionali, cordiali, simpatici e disponibili! Cibo, luogo e personale faccio sempre la differenza.

Nach 8 Jahren wieder da, und wieder: ein Genuss!! Der Rostbraten so was von zart und saftig... und die Lagreinsauce- mal ganz anders als die sonst hierzu übliche dunkle Sauce. Schupfnudeln, offenbar in Butterschmalz geschupft, ebenfalls top. Klare Empfehlung!

Fantastisches Essen. Die Sitzplätze in der historischen Gasse sind toll. Sehr sehr freundlicher Service. Kleine Karte, dafür alle Speisen frisch und von super Qualität. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier.

Was ein Juwel im Untergrund. Präsentation der Speisen, Qualität der Speisekarte rein haptisch, Service mit Augenzwinkern und ein Preis Leistungs Verhältnis das seinesgleichen sucht!
