An excellent address in the pedestrian center, offering South Tyrolean cuisine with a blend of Italian and Austrian influences. So typical that the waiters are dressed in traditional costume. Good pasta and meat dishes; try the Alpine roast beef with Lagrein wine sauce, for example. Try knödels, the famous bread dumplings similar to quenelles, schlutzkrapfen, game meat ravioli, and smoked meat with local sauerkraut. Finally, strudel is the local pastry par excellence.

Un ristorante in centro a Bolzano, con una cucina tradizionale di alto livello. Un ristorante elegante, con un servizio piacevole e preparato. Ho mangiato molto bene in un ambiente piacevole ed elegante. Consigliato anche se un po' caro, però la qualità del locale e del cibo giustificano il costo.

cena di gruppo, eravamo circa 30 persone con bambini, nonostante la diversità dei piatti siamo stati serviti quasi tutti insieme, il tavolo dei bambini, molto vivaci, è stato gestito direttamente dal responsabile di sala con molta professionalità e con ottimi risultati.

Sul menù hanno due acque: una da 0,75l a 3,40€ e una da 1l da 1,50€. Abbiamo ovviamente ordinato quella da 1l ma ci hanno comunque portato quella da 0,75. Dopo averlo fatto notare ai camerieri ci hanno detto che l'altra, stranamente, non la avevano.
Oltretutto ci hanno dato un tavolo pessimo, in un punto di passaggio talmente stretto che la gente urtava il nostro tavolo.

Locale tipico nel centro di Bolzano, con cibo caratteristico del Südtirol abbinato, in alcuni casi, ad ingredienti della cucina italiana I prezzi sono un po' alti rispetto ad altri locali ma decisamente in linea con la qualita offerta, che e elevatissima.

Consiglio assolutamente il tris di canederli. Buonissimo anche l'arrosto tirolese.

Nota di merito allo staff per la professionalita e per il comportamento in caso di problemi.

Ritornero sicuramente la prossima volta che visito Bolzano!
