Germanic, authentic and very welcoming atmosphere in this restaurant, whose German name Weißes Rössl is used much more often than Italian. The historic inn can be identified by its painted façade, which can be recognized from afar. The restaurant offers excellent regional specialties in a stylish setting: pork tenderloin with mushrooms, trout in white wine, speck and of course apple strudel. If you have to choose a good address for a regular canteen, this is it, for its prices as modest as its dishes are generous.

Sicherlich die beste lokale Küche in Bozen. Das lokal ist immer voll, vor allem zur Mittagszeit, das man sich "dazusizt", gehört zum Lokal.

Que surpresa boa! Um restaurante tradicional, com pratos bem servidos e saborosos. O atendimento foi super cordial, chegaram a trocar um prato que eu esqueci de solicitar a opção vegetariana.

Hier bekommt man noch gutbürgerliche Küche und Portionen, von denen man satt wird, zu mehr als fairen Preisen. Ein Besuch ist bei mir absoluter Pflichttermin bei jedem Südtirol Aufenthalt.
Das Lokal wird auch von Einheimischen gut besucht und nicht nur Touristen.
