Germanic, authentic and very welcoming atmosphere in this restaurant, whose German name Weißes Rössl is used much more often than Italian. The historic inn can be identified by its painted façade, which can be recognized from afar. The restaurant offers excellent regional specialties in a stylish setting: pork tenderloin with mushrooms, trout in white wine, speck and of course apple strudel. If you have to choose a good address for a regular canteen, this is it, for its prices as modest as its dishes are generous.

In questo ristorante ci torno sempre volentieri. Si mangia bene, la lista delle pietanze ampia e completa, il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente ottimo. La ciliegina sulla torta è il servizio del personale in sala molto professionale e cordiale. Consigliatissimo

Das wohl letzte original tiroler Gasthaus in Bozen. Urige Atmosphäre. Deftige tiroler Küche mit italienischen Einschlag. Immer gut besucht- Wartezeit einplanen. Preise für Bozen günstig.
