A small Tyrolean castle with old-fashioned rooms and an extensive spa
Less than 50 km southeast of Bolzano, in the village of Cavareno, which is close to the Rio Sass Canyon and Lake Santa Giustina, this small Tyrolean castle is a real change of scene. It is like being in another time, in the somewhat kitschy interiors of a doll's house with employees dressed in traditional Tyrolean clothes. The natural setting is beautiful. The old-fashioned rooms are inexpensive, but the extensive spa is available for a small fee. Restaurant serving local specialties. A car is required.

Our two little children were very tired and were impatient after a very long ride to the spot. The staff gave priority to the guests in the restaurant and not to us, having us wait for long time untill the check in so it was uncomfortable and challenging for us.
At night the place is closed, Locked! and you can't get in or out.
The staff was formal and corrective.
We ordered dinner to the room which was ok .
The place is a family business which has a potential for a long stay. I think that although it has a small children playground at the yard outside, it is definitely suitable more for coupls only.
