Housed in a former wine cellar, A Scibretta takes its name from the century-old magnolia tree that lives just a few steps from the restaurant. In the vaulted stone dining room or on the terrace, weather permitting, you can enjoy simple, tasty cuisine based on local produce. Rabbit with olives, snails in sauce, homemade tortellini and ravioli, and all kinds of grilled meats are just some of the dishes on the menu. And finally, the classic tiramisu for dessert. The wine selection is equally satisfying, with over 65 labels to choose from.

Nice local food, tried the fried porcini, Corzetti with truffles (very good) and gnocchi al castagno ???????? service needs some more grooving in but overall nice!

Schönes gemütliches Slow - Food Restaurant. Mit Liebe und Hingabe und sehr guten Zutaten vom supernetten und engagierten jungen Koch kreierte ligurische Hausmannskost. Er hat uns die Speisekarte in Ruhe erklärt, weil ich einiges in italienisch nicht gekannt habe. Alle waren sehr bemüht , aber nicht aufdringlich .
Es hat wirklich alles sehr gut geschmeckt, Preis/Leistung war super. Wein auch sehr lecker.

Sono andato a mangiare per la prima volta in questo questo ristorante di Bordighera alta. Mangiato molto bene Il menù è limitato e questo bene. Abbiamo preso dei funghi impannati favolosi e uno stoccafisso da urlo... che per la prima volta della mia vita senza spine! Capponmagro davvero buono anche se lo avrei preferito tiepido. Dolci ottimi e il gelato all'olio un TOP. Comunque 5 stelle meritate!!!! Ci rivedremo.

Piatti comunque ottimi con prodotti del luogo. Menù più da monti che di mare.
