In the 19th century, the port of Onéglia traded regularly with the city of Marseille for the sale of olive oil, which was used to make Marseille soap. In 1892, the owner of a sailing boat, nicknamed Bras Fort by the women of Nice, opened an osteria on the port esplanade. Four generations later, the wine bar has become this renowned restaurant, with a terrace on the esplanade (with a beautiful view of the boats). Today, the à la carte menu features seafood dishes and fresh fish, priced according to the catch of the day.
