A man from Turin who is literally "in love" with ice cream has opened his gelateria in Alassio, following his success in the Piedmontese capital. The uncluttered design of the place calls for intense concentration when choosing from the many flavors: the nougat is crunchy, the sabayon quite yellow, the green apple quite green and the strawberry and apricot smell quite strawberry and apricot. Tutto è perfetto! Among the new specialties, the chinotto ice cream (a type of Italian cola) is singular and original, as is the creamy sabayon ice cream! Try it without hesitation.
