Since 1866, this chocolate factory has been working with cocoa to produce delicious tablets, chocolate bites with dried or candied fruit, pure dark and white chocolate and pralines, without ever having modified the traditional recipe. Here, the artisan still works on the pastry-making machines of the time. A charming place where time seems to have stood still, a must to discover the soul of the Genoa stores of yesteryear.
