After making a reservation ten days in advance because we were hosting out of town friends and arranging a babysitter for my autistic son, we arrive on time and the owners could not find our reservation. I am able to find the original phone call in my phone from when I had made the reservation. I am then told that I could have very well called, been told they were full and 10 days later shown up pretending to have a reservation. What planet do these people live on? Their “rave reviews “ have gone to their head. Misplacing a reservation can happen. Accusing and insulting a client in order to cover up your mistake is is inexcusable and definitely not da “veri signori “!
