Magnificent pizzeria with minimalist decoration and bright blue and white walls evoking the colours of a Moroccan city. Pizza's really good there. The dough, made from organic yeast and flours, is left to rise for at least 24 hours, making it light and digestible. It is garnished with the best ingredients of the peninsula: mozzarella di bufala from Caserta, anchovies from Cetara, mora romagnola sausages (Emilia Romagna pig breed), seasonal vegetables... There is also an organic food store.

Berberé, in tutte le sue sedi fa senza alcun dubbio la migliore pizza che si possa mangiare a Bologna.
E per chi cerca un posto allegro, giovanile ma non caotico anche l'ambiente è perfetto.

Io davvero non capisco come ho potuto spendere così tanto per una pizza con un impasto anche buono, ma cotta male, con sopra della salsa di pomodoro fredda e scondita che sembrava tirata giù così com’era dal barattolo della Mutti. Ho assaggiato anche le pizze dei miei amici ed erano tutte fredde. Mi spiace molto
