The historic pizzeria of Naples has opened a branch in Bologna to the delight of lovers of this culinary heritage of Neapolitan tables. Here you can enjoy a fine and elastic margherita or marinara with a bloated crust, in the purest Parthenopoean tradition. Unless you opt for pizza fritta, a disc of dough topped with cheese and salami, closed in a half-moon and deep-fried. A real treat!
