Here you can enjoy an excellent regional cuisine, made with quality products prepared with skill and respect for tradition. The menu offers the classics of Bolognese gastronomy and reserves some beautiful discoveries such as the baccalà ravioli, cherry tomatoes and capers or the stinco di maiale (pork shank) candied in the oven with its small vegetables.
