Camera pulita, servizi puliti e ampi. Posizione dell,Hotel centrale a 20 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Parcheggio disponibile in hotel.

Camera abbastanza retro e non molto curata ma spaziosa, con una vista sulla stradina interna. I Comfort presenti sono molto bassi ma personale gentile. Peccato piu importante del soggiorno è stata la colazione di basso livello, sia caffè/cappucci sia il cibo non era il massimo della qualità. All'interno c'è un parcheggio privato, disponibile con un pagamento aggiuntivo. Prezzi leggermente più bassi rispetto a prezzi di competitor vicini.

Gostava de partilhar que este hotel está numa localização excelente mas ... Os funcionários parece que não estão a atender hóspedes, não têm o cuidado de explicar as imediações, os serviços, as localizações .
Os quartos estão sujos por debaixo da cama. Não são limpos lá .
Nao são simpáticos para os hóspedes .Poucos sorrisos . Não se entende na área do turismo isto

Quando sono in vacanza mi piace prenderla come viene.. intendo che non sto a guardare il pelo nell'uovo.. ecco che l'hotel Pedrini diventa una piu' che buona soluzione di pernottamento alle porte del centro storico di Bologna: camera con affreschi, frigo bar, accogliente, doppi infissi che attenuano il caos del week end ????. Personale disponibile, buona colazione, parcheggio auto in piccolissima corte interna con supplemento di 20 euro a notte, ma che fa comodo. I prezzi a mio avviso elevati perché manca la cura del dettaglio.. altrimenti nulla da dire!

It is a small family owned hotel. Great location! The room was clean, but very small! I booked a room with a double bed and if I opened my bag there was no place in the room... The breakfast was great!

È un hotel centrale, molto pulito e accogliente. Molto comodo per lasciare l'auto (hanno un parcheggio interno) e girare a piedi. Facilità nel gestire la prenotazione al telefono, abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo contrattempo con l'acqua della doccia ma nel complesso siamo stati bene.

Je suis rendu avec mes ados dans cet hôtel par hasard, je regrette pas car on a passé un bon moment en famille .

En effet l’accueil est froid pas chaleureux ( on se demande presque si on les dérangent pas … alors que durant notre séjour en Italie les gens étaient très, très sympa à se mettre en quatre pour nous aider à trouver notre chemin ,..
La chambre elle agréable niveau décoration si vous aimer le style renaissance, mais une odeur de renfermé, et Besoin d’être rafraîchi, peintures .

I can't fault the service as we didn't interact with hotel staff terribly often. The shower was broken and had a clogged head so there was very little pressure. That being said, the room was clean and had a lovely seslection of tea. It's charming in its own way!

Good location and clean. The rooms shown on the website look very beautiful, but the room that was assigned to me was small, dark and VERY noisy. Photos are very misleading. I stayed there one night, and in the morning the cleaning lady came in, while I was still sleeping (by mistake). I called the day before to confirm it was possible to rent bikes (as written on their website). They said yes, but when I arrived they said they don't offer this service.

First reception gave us the room basement beside parking area . There is even a glass made emergency exit door as in the photo. We felt too unsafe to stay in that room. The old gentleman in reception could not help us for changing the room. He does not know English and does seemed to me willingful to help us. We send e-mail via Booking web site. İmmidiately hotel management contacted with us and changed the room. Thanks to the management for the immidiate action. Room was clean , sheet&towels changed daily. Airconditions should be checked. In our room it was not working.
On our last day morning, somebody opened our room door with key at around 8 o clock a.m , while we are sleeping:)) . As we are shocked, they heard our voice and left the room door in hurry. I am sure something got wrong on reservation system , this was not on purpose. . Funny but shocking moments for two ladies :))

camera tutto ok pulito e silenzioso, colazione ok, ma posto auto stretto poco accessibile e caro, trovata auto macchiata di escrementi di uccello e acqua sporca di terra e fogliame proveniente dai vasi della terrazza soprastante.

Unser Zimmer war top, mit Dachterrasse und viel Flair. Sehr freundliches Personal. Top Lage. Haben Parkplatz im Hof dazu gebucht, war top.

Niedliches kleines Stadthotel. Schöne Zimmer, guter Service, gutes Frühstück. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man die Abende genießen kann. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Nasce come riadattamento di una dimora storica, ma purtroppo ha una seria manutenzione e restyling, perché molti punti sono molto fatiscenti.
Prezzo medio-alto soprattutto per la posizione.
Personale è molto garbato e disponibile.
