A la fois une petite épicerie fine spécialisée où l'on peut acheter charcuteries, fromages et vins de la région de Bologne mais aussi un lieu pour déguster ces mêmes spécialités, qui ne désemplit jamais, ni dedans, ni en terrasse (sauf en cas improbable de température réellement polaire ou de tempête de neige !).
La Salumeria Simoni se trouve à un emplacement très central. Le service est avisé, efficace et fort sympathique et les prix très raisonnables pour l'excellent qualité. Un must lors de tout séjour à Bologne !

Incontournable magasin de charcuteries et fromages. Egalement un self service et une petite terrasse pour boire et grignoter. On peut préférer Simone qui ne désemplit pas un peu plus loin.
