Located in the heart of Quadrilatero, this boutique is the kingdom of cheese and meats: In addition to artisanal production cheese, you will also find Parmesan of controlled origin and newly covered with black wax for better conservation. Good Parmesan is also found at Brini (via Ugo Bassi, 19) and Verardi (via Persicetana Vecchia, 20/5).
