An excellent restaurant of local cuisine revisited in a more modern and creative version, in the centre of Ferrara. The dishes stand out for their originality, starting with the starters with bluefin tuna tartar with mozzarella and black sesame wafers or sautéed octopus and squid with chickpea purée and tapenade. The second courses feature fish, but carnivores will also enjoy lamb chops with lemon and onions and stuffed rabbit. The menu is often renewed and varies according to the seasons.

Ottima esperienza: cibo di ottima fattura, preparato da mani sapienti con materie prime di eccelsa qualità, servizio impeccabile, prezzo assolutamente in linea con quanto consumato. Il locale non mi entusiasma particolarmente, ma è soltanto un giudizio soggettivo. I miei commensali, provenienti da fuori Ferrara, ne sono rimasti entusiasta.

Un ristorante di grande qualità

Prima volta in questo ristorante segnalato dalla Guide Michelin, location molto graziosa e raffinata, situato a due passi dal centro storico.
La filosofia dello Chef è quella di promuovere i prodotti del territorio, così da proporre piatti di mare (Adriatico) e di terra veramente deliziosi e realizzati con le migliori materie prime.
Il servizio è veloce, gentile e preciso. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero ottimo.
La prenotazione è assolutamente consigliata.
Complimenti siete davvero bravi, se siete in zona è una tappa obbligata.
