An excellent restaurant of local cuisine revisited in a more modern and creative version, in the centre of Ferrara. The dishes stand out for their originality, starting with the starters with bluefin tuna tartar with mozzarella and black sesame wafers or sautéed octopus and squid with chickpea purée and tapenade. The second courses feature fish, but carnivores will also enjoy lamb chops with lemon and onions and stuffed rabbit. The menu is often renewed and varies according to the seasons.

Siamo stati 3 giorni a Ferrara, città davvero bella ma nel cuore ci è rimasto anche questo locale, dove si mangia da Dio, con un rapporto qualità prezzo, eccezionale, con un personale che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, preparato e cortese, in un ambiente molto accogliente, degno di questa bella città. Quando c'è amore nei piatti, si vede (e si sente) e Quel Fantastico Giovedì è l'esempio più bello.
Avevo aspettative alte e sono state rispettate, ma non solo: sono state superate. Piatti diversi dal solito, sia di carne che di pesce, che trasmettono cura e amore per ciò che si fa. Erano TUTTI fantastici.
La genuinità del personale e degli chef è davvero degna di nota. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!
