An excellent restaurant of local cuisine revisited in a more modern and creative version, in the centre of Ferrara. The dishes stand out for their originality, starting with the starters with bluefin tuna tartar with mozzarella and black sesame wafers or sautéed octopus and squid with chickpea purée and tapenade. The second courses feature fish, but carnivores will also enjoy lamb chops with lemon and onions and stuffed rabbit. The menu is often renewed and varies according to the seasons.

Consiglio calorosamente questo posto di ottima qualità e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sono stata a pranzo oggi e l’accoglienza ricevuta e le portate di pesce molto buone mi faranno di sicuro ritornare!

Servizio ad hoc, curato nei particolari. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo assaggiato la degustazione che propongono ed è davvero tutto ottimo. Una piccola mancanza, secondo me, la si può ritrovare verso il pesce bianco con le verdure (le stesse che si ritrovano nel primo). Questo è l’unico “difetto” che trovo nel cibo. All’ambiente do 3 stelle non per l’atmosfera, molto tranquilla e piacevole, ma per la location che secondo me può e deve essere rinnovata data la qualità del servizio e del cibo (cinque stelle).
