An excellent restaurant of local cuisine revisited in a more modern and creative version, in the centre of Ferrara. The dishes stand out for their originality, starting with the starters with bluefin tuna tartar with mozzarella and black sesame wafers or sautéed octopus and squid with chickpea purée and tapenade. The second courses feature fish, but carnivores will also enjoy lamb chops with lemon and onions and stuffed rabbit. The menu is often renewed and varies according to the seasons.

Cenone di Capodanno veramente superbo . Tante portate tutte ineccepibili . Veramente una bella scoperta . Abbiamo festeggiato San Silvestro 2023, cibo veramente ottimo. Portate ricercate e qualità della materia prima di livello. Personale veramente volto gentile ed accogliente. Ci si sente a casa! Locale intimo e ben curato. Consigliabile per ogni evento un bel punto di riferimento per chi si reca a Ferrara.

Un vero ristorante gourmet a Ferrara...
Interpretazione sapiente della materia culinaria, mediante abbinamenti che si confermano da soli e che come tali ne esaltano i sapori senza alcuna forzatura.
Non sono un frequentatore di cucine con questo stile, ma è proprio lo stile che qui viene evidenziato ed a cui anche gli scettici come me devono ricredersi!
Un applauso meritato allo chef e collaboratori in primis, ma anche a tutto lo staff di sala che si è dimostrato all'altezza ed impeccabile.
Tornerò sicuramente, consapevole di uscire soddisfatto ed accresciuto nel gusto!
