Entering this osteria, one finds oneself on board a submarine, with its portholes and its bar covered with rust coloured steel plates. Here you can enjoy delicious fish dishes, cooked by chef Matteo Salbaroli, who, after having travelled around the world and scoured the kitchens of Sidney in Miami, has returned to his native region. The menu changes every day because it depends on what was caught that morning. It usually includes several proposals of raw or cooked fish and seafood products, in elaborate plates.

Excellent food, super-professional service, unique locale. Clearly a veteran kitchen. Perfect combinations, all the little things done right...probably the single best calamari dish I have ever eaten. The Trigia in due was terrific. Had a bottle of Il Tornese, 55% Chardonnay/45% Reisling that was a treat. Our waiter was super professional and informed, as well as being very natural and friendly. Overall a terrific experience on a Thursday night in Ravenna.

Per esperienza personale il ristorante migliore di Ravenna, e vivo qui da 20 anni… locale fatto su misura per dare l’idea di essere su una barca, in modo da ricreare un ambiente correlato al gustosissimo menù di pesce completo e ben lavorato in ogni piatto, personale ben preparato e molto cortese, poco da dire… alto livello in città
