This establishment is a real institution as it is the oldest restaurant in the city, in operation since the beginning of the 19th century. This is where the poets and artists of Faenza met. Typical Romagna cuisine is served here, with platters of cold meats and cheeses accompanied by piadine, primi with homemade pasta and secondi with meat grilled over a wood fire, as the address is above all carnivorous. Rustic setting, friendly and relaxed atmosphere and welcoming staff.

Hanno un menú tradizionale molto ricco. Le tagliatelle sono fantastiche! L'ambiente è tipico delle trattorie romagnole che ti da quel senso di calore e familiarità. Lo consiglio vivamente
se passate dal centro di Faenza.

La Marianaza è stata una piacevolissima scoperta, nel cuore di Faenza.
Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale e vicinissima ad un parcheggio (gratuito la domenica).

Cibo di ottima qualità, porzioni nella norma, personale gentilissimo. Un plus è la qualità della carne, cotta divinamente.
Forse prezzi un po alti, ma per la qualità si paga sempre volentieri! Stra consigliato!
