Great care is also taken with the dough, made from quality organic flours and left to rise for 24 to 48 hours, which gives it lightness and digestibility. The whole is sprinkled with a drizzle of carefully selected extra-virgin olive oil. In short, nothing is left to chance! La pizza ha una pasta a lunga lievitazione e gli ingredienti sono di buona qualità che innalza un po' i prezzi sul menù, rispetto la media, ma se vi va un'ottima pizza e siete in zona questa è una tappa obbligatoria.
