Since 1946, this gastronomic restaurant facing the sea has been a true institution. Michelin-starred, it offers an exquisite fish-based cuisine. Rigorously selected and fresh raw materials, seasonal products, fresh home-made bread and pasta with organic flours, Guido restaurant combines the nobility of the products with a refined, high-flying cuisine. Very aesthetic, colourful and light plates, innovative menus. Nice terrace on the beach in good weather. Reservation recommended.

Purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene. Il vino non è stato portato che dopo 3 buonissimi assaggi pre antipasti. L'antipasto Passeggiata sul mare sicuramente buono, ma 3 lupini e un cannolicchio crudi con una salsina, per un totale di circa 35 grammi è un contro senso doverlo pagare oltre 40 euro. Il primo, un risotto allo zafferano con fegato di merluzzo cucinato e messo sopra, non ha proprio incontrato il mio gusto, un'accostamento fra il classico risotto alla milanese con tanto di tracce di midollo, e con il fegato per me non commestibile. Mi dispiace, ho scelto il ristorante per un ricordo, vi avevo fatto un pranzo meraviglioso tanti anni fa.

Ottimo! Pranzo di un sabato invernale….il locale accogliente, la vista che spazia sulla spiaggia quasi deserta e sul mare creano un’atmosfera unica!
Menù degustazione “Guido” molto buono, alcuni piatti eccellenti altri meno, ma nel complesso ottimo.
Buono anche il servizio.
