In the historic centre of Rimini, this small restaurant with its elegant and intimate atmosphere is a newcomer among the Michelin-starred restaurants: chef Mariano received his first star in 2019. The menu changes every month and offers two menus, one fish-based and one meat-based, as well as a tasting menu and some à la carte dishes. A refined and original cuisine, mixing flavours and textures, minimalist and refined plates. Prices are still low enough for a star, enjoy!

Esperienza positiva nonostante non abbia condiviso appieno l’accostamento di alcuni sapori, ma si vede il percorso dello chef con l’utilizzo di sapori molto sapidi e forti.

Ieri sera per la festa della donna ci siamo regalate (non è la prima volta) una serata in questo ristorante. Un viaggio attraverso i sensi a tutti gli effetti... Lo chef Mariano ogni volta ci sorprende con le sue nuove proposte e Camilla in sala assieme ai collaboratori sono sempre molto attenti, cordiali e super sorridenti. Consigliatissimo, davvero top!
