In the cellars of an 18th century building, at the foot of the stairs leading to the clock tower, La Sangiovesa is a local institution completely devoted to Romagna's gastronomy. Traditional dishes abundant and generous in taste and flavour. The menu evolves with the seasons and the beautiful products that the terroir offers, because here we want to promote the quality of raw materials and privilege the short supply chain: it is an agricultural estate 15 km away that provides meat, charcuterie and wine, and the cheeses come from local producers.
