Lazaroun, in Italian lazzarone, meaning "trickster", was the nickname that the people of the village gave to Roberto's grandfather because, as a good Spaniard, he liked to frequent the inns but he used to leave without paying. This is the name Roberto gave to the trattoria he inherited from his parents, in the heart of the small medieval village, in a beautiful palace with vaulted rooms. He serves a cuisine with local flavours. Generous portions and careful service... And you can even visit the caves adjacent to the restaurant on request.

Cibo scarso, eravamo in 18 e hanno diviso due pezzi di fiorentina per tutti, tra l'altro era fredda. Primi con due forchettate erano finiti e come se non bastasse si sono tenuti la torta di compleanno. Per il prezzo che avevamo accordato ci si aspettava molto di più. Per il resto servizio buono e camerieri e proprietari pazienti poiché siamo rimasti oltre al fine turno pranzo. Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio.
