The third and last tower can be reached after entering the natural park, which extends over the southern part of the city's heights and from which there is a beautiful panorama. Isolated on the last spur of Mount Titano, it was built at the beginning of the 13th century. It has always served as a watchtower and was of great importance during the struggles with the Malatesta family who wanted to dominate the Republic of San Marino. The lords of Rimini tried to conquer San Marino in the second half of the 13th century, but abandoned the fighting in 1299.
