Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias, pero la insonorización es pésima. Lo bueno es que está en una zona tranquila, por lo que normalmente no habrá ruido. Durante mi estancia, mis vecinos de habitación también fueron bastante silenciosos durante la noche, aunque alguno madrugó. Si quieres dormir hasta tarde no lo recomiendo, ya que por la mañana pasan camiones de reparto para abastecer a los restaurantes de la plaza.
Los baños son correctos. Un poco antiguos y pequeños, pero no están mal y están limpios.
En cuanto al servicio, mucho más agradables y atentos que otros hoteles de mayor categoría en los que me he quedado en distintas ciudades de Italia. En ese sentido, inmejorable.
La localización es estupenda, ya que está en el centro.
El desayuno está muy bien.
