In his shop in the shadow of the Palazzo Ducale, Paolo transmits his passion for wine and local products to his visitors. In addition to wine, here you can shop for grappa, nocino and balsamic vinegar DOP or IGP, which you can taste free of charge before making your choice, as well as all its derivatives (strawberry or coffee balsamic cream, balsamic-flavoured jam, etc.). Paolo also organizes tastings of local specialties (mortadella, parmesan, gnocco fritto...) accompanied by lambrusco.
