A highly recommended gourmet stopover at the gates of Parma! In the country house that once belonged to the musician Nicolo Paganini, the two chefs Davide and Makoto combine their talents to create a cuisine that is both inventive and respectful of the raw materials and seasonality of the products. The plates are an explosion of colours and flavours, everything is done to flatter the senses. To accompany the meal, ask for a wine from the vast selection of vintages offered by the house.

La famosa ospitalità della zona qui è completamente assente. Sul tavolo cestino del pane con 1 grissino a testa...a fronte della richiesta di averne altri ci è stato risposto che vengono fatti tutti i giorni "contati " . Lo chef ha presenziato tutta la sera in sala andando solo ed esclusivamente ai tavoli dei clienti conosciuti e non si è nemmeno avvicinato una volta al nostro tavolo come doveroso per rispettare l'etichetta della buona educazione ed ospitalità....della serie...voi siete clienti occasionali non mi interessate. La ragazza che serve i bolliti stizzita...anche lei per lo stesso motivo immagino visto che nei tavoli di persone conosciuti i sorrisi e la cordialità non sono mancati. Non torneremo più in un posto dove ci siamo sentiti indesiderati. Qualità del cibo buona...nella media per la zona.
