On the other bank of the Parma, the river that runs through the town, there is a small pizzeria with a red façade that uses selected ingredients from small local producers. Pizza immangiabile. Completamente diversa da quella di un po' di tempo fa.

Pagare un semplicissimo trancio di pizza con un po’ di crudo sopra 8 euro servito su un tagliere senza posate oltretutto per me è veramente una esagerazione

Ottimi antipastini, e pizza buona. Staff molto gentile e cordiale. Unico neo: il locale è un po' piccolino e il bagno ha qualche spiffero ed è un po' freddo. Ma vale la pena provarlo.

Personalmente he probado bastantes pizzas y siempre han sido una decepción enorme, pero aquí puedo decir que la regla se ha roto, con la pizza que me he pedido (Val Baganza) y el postre (Budino ricotta amaretti), salgo mas que satisfecho y guardando el lugar como favorito.
Si tenéis la posibilidad, diría que es un imprescindible si no buscáis tradición, sino calidad.
