On the other bank of the Parma, the river that runs through the town, there is a small pizzeria with a red façade that uses selected ingredients from small local producers. Three choices of pizzas: the classic thin round pizza, the slice of pizza, and the chisolino, a focaccia made with pizza dough and stuffed with cold cuts and cheese. We stumbled across the pizzaria by accident whilst looking for somewhere for a takeaway. It's ran by a lovely brother, sister and her husband and the pizza is traditional Napoli recipe. Without question the best pizza we have ever had, would recommend to anyone without question or hesitation.
