The Cortesi family that manages this structure is aptly named (cortese means "courteous"): at the Button Hotel, located in the heart of the city centre, the sense of service has remained old-fashioned, the staff is attentive and helpful, offering advice on how to organise your stay. Vintage decoration in the common areas; more impersonal, but spacious, comfortable rooms with all modern amenities. Children's play area and French-speaking babysitter service. Bar accessible 24 hours a day.

Very nice hotel..at a very good location. The people in the hotel very friendly.. the room basic but clean and good size. No refrigerator.. it is a little noisy. If someone takes a shower it looks to be in your room. For business trips, please note, at least in my room... the " free" Internet is very poor, not just slow but constantly you will have no connections. Which in my case it is a big problem. A lot of restaurants on walking distance. They are very clear how to get to the hotel and how the parking works. This is done via WhatsApp which is very good.

Encantador Hotel, en el corazón de Parma. Excelente atención, mención especial al Sr. Tomasso, que tan bién nos atendió y orientó y a todo el servicio. Lo recomiendo, fabuloso. Gracias por vuestra amabilidad.

Albergo trendy, centralissimo e confortevole. Le camere sono essenziali e molto ben riscaldate (siamo venute a gennaio). Colazione eccellente e molto variegata: sia dolce che salata, prodotti senza glutine, prodotti vegani. Personale gentile e disponibile. Quando ritorneremo a Parma, sceglieremo senza esitare di nuovo l'Hotel Button!
