Festival of lyrical music celebrating the work of Giuseppe Verdi, with performances at the theatres of Parma and Busseto.
Every year in October, the province of Parma pays homage to Giuseppe Verdi, the native of Busseto. This lyrical music festival celebrates the work of the composer with performances that are programmed in the sumptuous setting of the Teatro Regio in Parma, the Teatro Verdi in Busseto and the Church of San Francesco del Prato in Parma. At the same time the Verdi Off is organized, with a series of free events in the cities of Parma and Busseto (concerts, exhibitions, meetings, DJ sets, shows...).
