Located south of Parma between the rivers of Taro and Enza, the two main cities are Colecchio and Langhirano. In fact, there is not a road strictly speaking, but it is more an area where you can go to the Parma ham and wine, while associating tasting and culture with the many castles that border it and in particular that of Torrechiara. Visits to local producers are made on reservation by contacting directly the producer or tour tour with local agencies.
