Since 1907 this trattoria has been an institution in Piacenza. We come here for its typical, peasant, copious, simple and just delicious cuisine, but also for its incredible atmosphere, authentic and welcoming. A real old-fashioned trattoria, with its panelled walls adorned with black and white photos and its noisy and cheerful atmosphere. On the menu: cold cuts with gnocco fritto, tortelli with ricotta cheese and spinach, cooked and raw horse meat and homemade desserts. It's invigorating, it's good, and it's good value for money.

Sono stato portato a cena presso questo ristorante tipico in centro a Piacenza da una coppia di amici. Gli arredi sono tradizionali, sembra che il tempo qui si sia fermato e che tutto sia rimasto come 30 anni fa. Il menù è particolarmente invitate, per chi ama curiosare fra i piatti della tradizione. Abbiamo optato per un bis di primi (pisarei e faśö e tortelli piacentini), ottimo! A seguire ho provato una tartare di carne equina ed i bolliti misti. Non sono rimasto deluso. Come dolce sbrisolona con crema di zabaione da condividere. Servizio ottimo, personale gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
