This picture gallery is located in the grounds of a college founded in the 18th century by Cardinal Alberoni, who was Prime Minister of King Philip V of Spain. Its collection includes Italian paintings from the 15th to the 19th century, including the masterpiece Ecce homo by Antonello da Messina, but also works by Luca Giordano, the school of Raphael, the Flemish Jan Provost, the workshop of Joos van Cleve, and Flemish and Italian tapestries from the 16th and 17th centuries.
